Over the Rhine Engagement Photos

One of my favorite things is when couples say they’re “not photogenic”. Because they’re always liars. These two are a prime example. Chris and Sarah are just so perfect together! We’ve been lucky enough to know them for a long time now and we just can’t wait for them to get married in 2020!

These two love Cincinnati so it was perfect that we had the chance to hop all around the city and take some Over the Rhine engagement photos together.




I love Over the Rhine engagement photos because all of the in-between moments are such great photos in and of themselves. Here’s another example from a few years ago! And one more with a very cute dog. Our city is filled with so many amazing colors, corners, steps, I love working here and could do it over and over and over again.

The photo below is probably my favorite photo from their engagement session. Not because the light is great or anything, but because when I think of Chris and Sarah in my head, this is almost exactly how I picture them and I love this little moment.








This is me, seven months pregnant shooting through an orange flower, underneath orange flower sculpture. Perfect. After our photo shoot we all went out to dinner and discovered we were all wearing shirts with little orange stripes! So that’s what this photo is about. Again, I was very pregnant, this is not just a huge dinner belly. Although I do remember eating a lot of hummus at this dinner (what else is new). Chris and Sarah, you guys are AWESOME and your wedding in California is going to be so beautiful! We can’t wait.
